Privacy Policy – Georgia: Numbers & Results
Effective 21 October 2026.
This privacy policy applies to the Android app Georgia: Numbers & Results (package com.semantic.nationallottoga), published on
Google Play by Symphony Digital, the developer name of VERSLO SIMFONIJA, UAB.
It explains what data the app processes, why, and your rights.
1. Who we are
The data controller is VERSLO SIMFONIJA, UAB (Google Play developer name: Symphony Digital),

12114 Vilnius,
Lithuania.

2. What the app does with data
Georgia: Numbers & Results shows lottery draw results. It has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, contacts, location,
photos or files.
- Results. The app downloads results from our results server. Like any web
server, it receives your IP address and basic request details, which we use only to deliver the results and keep the
service secure (legitimate interest).
- Ads. The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland the app
asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown (consent). If you do not
consent, Google may show non-personalised or limited ads.
- Analytics and app quality. We measure app use, crashes and performance to fix problems and
improve the app (legitimate interest).
- Notifications. If you turn on draw notifications, the app registers a messaging token so we can
send them. You can turn them off in the app or in Android settings.
- Help and support. The in-app help centre is provided by Zendesk without identifying you. If you
contact us, we use your email address and message to answer you.
3. Third-party services
These providers process data for the purposes above, under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): showing ads and asking for and storing your consent choices. Data: advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, ad views and clicks. Privacy policy
- Google Analytics for Firebase (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): measuring how the app is used. Data: app instance ID, advertising ID, app interactions, device information, region. Privacy policy
- Firebase Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring and Sessions (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): finding crashes and keeping the app fast. Data: crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, app instance ID. Privacy policy
- Firebase Remote Config (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): switching app features and settings without an update. Data: app instance ID, app version, device language. Privacy policy
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): sending the draw notifications you turn on. Data: messaging token, app instance ID. Privacy policy
- Zendesk (Zendesk, Inc.): the in-app help centre and answering your support requests. Data: help articles viewed; your email address and message if you contact us. Privacy policy
We do not sell your personal data. Google may use advertising data as described in
How Google uses information from sites or apps that
use its services.
4. Your choices
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in Android settings
(Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads).
- You can change your ad consent choice at any time: clear the app's data (Android Settings › Apps › the app ›
Storage › Clear data) and the consent form is shown again the next time you open the app.
- You can turn off notifications in the app or in Android settings, and stop all processing by uninstalling the
app.
5. International transfers
Google and Zendesk may process data outside the UK and the EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers are
protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data
Transfer Addendum or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long data is kept
We keep server request data only as long as needed to run and secure the service, and support messages as long as
needed to answer you and meet legal obligations. Data held by the providers above is kept under their retention
settings and policies.
7. Security
All data the app sends is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
8. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict
or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email
developer@symphony.lt. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection
Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office
(ico.org.uk).
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
10. Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
